Lessons with Cindi Hsu
Cindi Hsu's Music Studio, located in Littleton Colorado, offers composition and piano one-on- one lessons. She uses flexible, diverse, but solid teaching methods to meet each student’s individual needs. Her style of teaching is fun, yet thorough and practical. Cindi believes that students learn best when it is comfortable for them to be curious, to make mistakes, and to develop their own styles. She teaches not just how to play the instrument, but also places emphasis on how pieces of music are constructed so that her students may develop an even deeper appreciation. Cindi especially enjoys teaching children, and is proficient at working with students of all ages, her eldest to date being 82. Cindi teaches every student as if they were her only one!
Cindi served on the piano and composition faculty at Music Conservatory of Westchester in New York for almost two decades before relocating to Colorado. Her tenure there included teaching one-on-one piano and composition lessons, chamber music coaching, beginner group piano classes, theory classes, and composition/piano workshops.
